Data not updating or syncing

Fix delays, missing data, or sync issues.

Check if the monitored phone has active internet connection.

Make sure required permissions are enabled for Ion Monitor.

Disable battery optimization for Ion Monitor (very important).

Restart the monitored device once and keep the app running in background.

If it still doesn’t work, contact support with device model and Android version.
